Stewardship
We are beginning a dedicated Stewardship Program renewal across our Parishes and to assist in its implementation, we have engaged the assistance of the Archdiocese of Melbourne. Stephen Littleton will be our Program Director.
The Stewardship Program can be the lifeblood of the Parishes. It reflects the role of our faith in our lives and enables us to live that faith fully in our Parishes. It provides the financial certainty and sense of community that enables the Parishes to not only manage in the present, but to plan for the future.
This is a very important Program and I write to make a request of you and ALL who have a strong link with our Parishes to attend the key meeting of the Program, the Parishes Stewardship Information Evening – details below. Your presence and support are most important and will be very much appreciated.
Parishes Stewardship Information Evenings
The Stewardship Information Evening is intended to provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and raise issues in relation to the future of our Parishes. You will be informed of the current and future pastoral and financial considerations of the Parishes.
You can confirm your attendance for the Evening in any of the following ways:
- Simply e-mail your response to our Program Director at stephen.littleton@cam.org.au;
- Add your name to the list of attendees when clipboards are passed around at all masses on the weekend of Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 August;
- If you receive a personal telephone call from one of your fellow parishioners who has accepted the role as a Program Leader.
