Communion to the Sick

Each week our Minsters of Communion to the Sick have the privilege of taking Communion to people who are unable to leave their homes, those in hospital and those resident in hostels or nursing homes. At morning Mass Ministers are sent forth with a blessing, taking the greeting and care of the community and the grace and blessings of God to all who are sick. It is important these people feel part of our Eucharistic community, Mass is also celebrated at the various nursing homes.
